It's just possible that today I became the first non-business customer to have made contact with NatWest Bank by email. It started with an idea for a business: Email to mail converter. Send an email, it gets mechanically printed out, sealed in an envelope, addressed and then enters national postal systems as a letter. Like an e-bluey, but for more than just the armed forces. Then I found that superletter.com actually does this. Expaterrific!
