The Department of Defense has expressed some concern about USG propaganda intended for foreign audiences being picked up by globalised telecommunications media and mistakenly relayed back to US audiences. (Prompted by the now declassified 2003 'Information Operations Roadmap'). How will I know if this is happening? Will I start believing that Iraq is a prosperous and unified nation? Will I feel an inordinate love for America? We need a code. I'm suggesting we use the words "ixnay on the domestic audienceay" to flag up psyops material.
