Didn't win the lottery this week. It can't have been David Mitchell who first said it's a tax on hope. My friend's wedding was moving for the number of people's lives he'd clearly affected during his six years in and around Beeston. Friday night, Leeds city centre, the taxi was blocked by some fighting in the street and suddenly around 20 police - men and women, two armed - closed in from all sides and closed it down.
