"My Location" launched today on the mobile phone version of Google Maps. It's a clever, hacky way of adding an approximate "You are here" to maps using mobile mast triangulation. Surely a good thing.
Other launches: Yesterday, on the day that Abbas and Olmert met in Washington's backyard, Annapolis, to relaunch Middle East peace talks, in Israel the first Hooters opened. They'll meet fortnightly until the end of 2008 and see if they can't make a bigger impact on the region.
