Just to bring you up to speed, the pews in the south transept of the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Cleveland are reversible to face the Marian altar (the pew-backs pivot through roughly 45°); and I met up with Lee in the magical land of Oberlin – which is like the midwest doing California. That's my first semi-colon in ages - outside quotations and allusions I think I only used three during all of Lent. For the last few minutes of a five hour journey this evening my car finally decided it wasn't going to move into second gear any more. I've let it cool off, it's fine.
