Yesterday I finally chanced to see my friend John on the telly in a reality TV show. Woot! He mentioned how he'd been plucked into a world of public school and Oxbridge and it reminded me that unless I make friends with more Real People soon, I'll be first to the wall when the digital revolution comes.
In the UK, reality TV's been helping redefine a dialectic for a decade:
