I see NatWest have just charged me a £38 fee again. This time it looks like it's because they reduced my overdraft limit without telling me. I've been meaning to
reclaim my bank charges for some time - 5 year's worth of statements I requested are sitting on my desk. I'm sure that, like me, a lot of people just have trouble seeing themselves as consumer revolutionaries. 20 years ago, when I first joined the bank, they awarded collectible piggy banks - I collected the set.

Do you remember we used to have half penny coins? Those were the days.
