There's no longer a law against blasphemy in England (and Wales) as of yesterday. [Lords Hansard columns

1148, 5th March 2008]. It's practically insignificant and symbolically monumental. I'm surprised that I'm uneasy about this. Reports indicate that society didn't fall apart today.
